    How to Check Your Measurements

    Grab one of your favourite shirts, lay it flat on the bed and measure the chest width by stretching a measuring tape just below the armpits. Then, measure the length from the top of the shoulder down to the bottom hem. These measurements will assist in selecting the correct size.
